More than 4 weeks before course start date=75% reimbursement
More than 2 weeks but less than 4 weeks before course start date=50% reimbursement.                                                                                                                  Less than 2 weeks before course start date or on or after start date=NIL reimbursement.
Terms...
Courses must be paid for in advance.                                                         
On the NVQ courses there are no full or part refunds for non completion or completion early and NVQ courses and certain courses cannot be transferred to another delegate.                                                            
Cancellation provisions apply to all courses including NVQ.
