This course is aimed at Supervisory & Management staff in the Construction Industry to provide a better understanding of the Statute incorporated in the course which includes case studies, support video packages and our own quick reference guide around some of the Statute and is incorporated into the Delegate Pack.

The course includes construction statistics from the Health & Safety Executive & associated construction related case studies & research.

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations are explained in a clear and concise way and, whilst mainly aimed at those who have not previously been exposed to these Regulations, it also acts as an update and refresher to those who have been involved in the past. It includes formal documentation to check on competence of contractors and designers. This includes scenario case studies,prosecutions and a supporting video.

The Construction (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1996 are explained detailing the new changes and the effects on Industry, with supporting case studies and practical evaluations, slides and there is a supporting video.
