• Health & Safety (Consultation with Employees) Regulations became law in 1996

& The Health & Safety (Consultation with Employees) Regulations 1996 came into operation on the 1st October 1996 and affects ALL companies unless employees are covered by safety representatives appointed by a recognised trade union under the Safety Representatives and Safety Committees Regulations 1977.

The course will explain the consultation regulations with examples to make it easy to understand and provide suggested systems and procedures to help you set up the required statutory procedure in your company and we will provide suggested forms as appropriate. The course also includes the Safety Representative and Safety Committees Regulations 1977
