This course is aimed at Supervisory & Management staff in the Construction Industry and those involved in Health and Safety.

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations are explained in a clear and concise way and, whilst mainly aimed at those who have not previously been exposed to these Regulations, it also acts as an update and refresher to those who have been involved in the past. It includes scaffolding, excavations, welfare facilities, a game plan to learn about CDM and duties, numerous case studies to demonstrate compliance requirements, fire and emergencies, responsibilities, the CDM Co-ordinator, formal documentation to check on competence of contractors and designers, edge protection, security, machinery, collective and personal protective systems,ladders, working near water, MEWP, reports etc. This includes scenario case studies, prosecutions and a supporting video.
