This course provides a broad introduction to a wide range of very important safety aspects in construction as well as introducing some of the important changes that have taken place to construction safety in recent years.
Delegates who have attended include: unskilled operatives to skilled operatives as well as supervisors and management and administrative staff have also attended the course. The quality feed back from our candidates confirms they have found it very informative and helpful and also enables those in scope to apply for the Work Skills Card through the National Construction Skills Certification Scheme administered by the CITB &, where appropriate, take the test.
The course is approved by the Construction Industry Training Board and BCS invested a considerable amount of development during 1998 to update the course for the CITB and to change the course to enable it to become more interactive, which is the style of BCS College.
